SICK EXTENDS CONTRACT WITH CEO DR. MATS GÖKSTORP, MARKUS SCAGLIOSO TAKES OVER SALES & SERVICE
The Supervisory Board of SICK has extended the contract of CEO Dr. Mats Gökstorp by five years. In addition, the company announced that Feng Jiao steps aside from his position as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at his own request. Markus Scaglioso has been appointed to the Executive Board by the Supervisory Board and will take over responsibility for the Sales & Service portfolio.
The Supervisory Board of the international sensor company SICK has extended the contract of the CEO, Dr. Mats Gökstorp, by five years. The company is focusing on continuity and thus confirming its confidence in his successful work. Dr. Mats Gökstorp has been Chairman of the Executive Board at SICK since October 1, 2021, and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2013.

Feng Jiao hands over Executive Board portfolio Sales & Service to Markus Scaglioso
At his own request, Feng Jiao, previously responsible for the portfolio Sales & Service, will step aside from the Executive Board on June 1, 2025. The engineering graduate joined the company in 2014 and, as Managing Director for SICK China Co., Ltd., headed the Group’s sales activities on the Chinese market. In 2021, he was appointed to the Executive Board. In his new role, Jiao will support the Executive Board in the strategic business development of the Chinese market.
Markus Scaglioso will take over as a member of the Executive Board responsible for Sales & Service from June 1, 2025. He has a degree in industrial engineering and was born in Ostfildern in 1974. He looks back on an 18-year career at SICK and brings a broad experience in various sales and marketing functions to his new role. With his extensive knowledge of industry-specific customer requirements, he will optimally align sales and service with the constantly changing needs of markets and customers.
